During the 2023 Barbados Food and Rum Festival, the diverse culinary talent is ready to showcase the island’s signature ingredients.


The 2023 Barbados Food and Rum Festival will take place from October 19-22, 2023. The festival is a celebration of Barbados' rich culinary and rum heritage, and features a wide variety of events, including:
Food tastings: Sample dishes from some of Barbados' top restaurants and chefs.
Rum tastings: Learn about the different types of rum produced in Barbados and sample some of the best.
Cooking demonstrations: Watch some of Barbados' top chefs demonstrate their skills in the kitchen.
Live music: Enjoy live music from some of Barbados' top artists.
Culture of Cuisine Talks: Learn about the history and culture of Barbados' cuisine through a series of talks and presentations.
The festival will be held at the Lloyd Erskine Sandiford Centre in Bridgetown, Barbados. Tickets for the festival are on sale now.
